ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY

Politechnika Lubelska, Lublin State Technical University - the largest state technical university in Eastern Poland, has been operating for over 60 years. The university was established in 1953, the first to start functioning is the Faculty of Mechanics, where 107 students studied. Now Lublin Polytechnic offers training at six faculties (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Construction and Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Management, Fundamentals of Engineering) and in 18 areas of undergraduate and graduate education.

Currently, about 10.5 thousand students are studying at the Lublin Technical University, of which just over 500 are foreigners. Over the entire existence of the Lublin University of Technology has more than 41 thousand graduates. The university boasts a rich laboratory base. The offer of training is systematically expanding in accordance with the current needs of the labor market. Mostly training takes place in Polish, but there are a number of good training offers in English. Great emphasis is placed on cooperation with employers, which results in a large offer of internships and practices. Training programs are created and implemented with employers. As a result, graduates of the Lublin University of Technology are very competitive in the EU labor market.
