He was born on May 28, 1961 in Ukraine. Married, has 2 sons.

Zaporozhye Machine-Building Institute named after V.Ya. Chubarya, 1983; All-Union Correspondence Institute of Food Industry, 1990; Kyiv State University of Economics, 1996; Humanities University "Zaporizhzhya Institute of State and Municipal Administration", 2004 - Master's degree in Management educational institution ", Donetsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, 2010 - jurisprudence.

ACADEMIC DEGREE, ACADEMIC TITLE:

Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor.
HONORARY TITLES: Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine.

SCIENTIFIC PAPERS AND PUBLICATIONS:
More than 300 scientific works, including 15 textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 9 monographs.

Experience:

From February 2014 to March 2015 - Vice-Rector for Educational Work of the Higher Education Institution "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

Since May 2015 - President of Greek Group LLC, Head of the General Representation of the International Diplomatic Mission "European Ukraine" in the Hellenic Republic, Head of the Representation of the European Development Alliance of EVDA business in the Hellenic Republic.

Since June 2016 - Chairman of the Kyiv City Society of Greeks named after Konstantin Ypsilanti, Deputy Chairman of the Council of National Communities of Ukraine, member of the Central Committee of the IA "Journalists Against Corruption".

Since July 2016, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Relations of  Vernadsky Tavriya National University  . In August 2017, he was illegally fired.

M.H. Koretsky is one of the recognized specialists in Ukraine in the field of public administration, management of investment and innovation development of the economy, development of ethno-national relations. He created one of the leading scientific schools in the field of science - public administration.

HONORARY AWARDS AND AWARDS:

He was awarded Diplomas of the Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and others. He was awarded medals and orders, as well as honorary awards for fruitful work.
